ROUNDTABLE NM WAS BUILT FOR EXACTLY THIS.

We are a peer council and leadership development group for senior leaders across New Mexico. Think of it as your personal board of directors, people who offer wisdom, serve as a sounding board, and help you uncover the blind spots you cannot see from inside your own organization. Our members come from different industries, different organizations, and different backgrounds. That is the point. We gather once a month to learn from each other, challenge each other, and grow together in ways that traditional training cannot replicate.

The best leaders we know share two qualities: they are not afraid to ask for help, and they are generous about giving it. They know the people around them hold skills, wisdom, and perspectives capable of making them sharper, more effective, and more human in their leadership.

Groups like this exist, and they are often out of reach. Too expensive and too exclusive. We created Roundtable NM because we believe every senior leader in New Mexico deserves access to this kind of peer council, whether leading a growing company, a nonprofit, or anything in between.
