Is Roundtable New Mexico Right for You?
We keep our membership criteria simple and intentional. The right mix of people is what makes this work.
To be considered for membership, you should:
Hold a C-suite title or serve as an Executive Director or equivalent senior leadership role
Currently manage a team of five or more people
Be based in New Mexico
Work in an industry not already represented in the group. We intentionally keep industries distinct so members can speak freely and learn broadly.
Be ready to commit to a one-year membership
What the commitment looks like:
One half-day session per month
One annual retreat
A willingness to show up, both to share and to listen
Membership is application-based. We review each inquiry personally and reach out to discuss fit before extending an invitation. Additionally, the group is limited to 15 members, a size we feel offers room for both perspective and genuine connection.
