Meet the People Behind the Table
Deena Crawley
CofounderDeena is the Chief of Staff at Dion's and Tula's, where she leads strategic priorities as facilitator of the Executive and Director Teams. Her career spans brand planning at McKee Wallwork + Company and leading the Marketing and HR teams at Dion’s.
She is deeply invested in the New Mexico business and civic community. She is a former President of the American Advertising Federation of New Mexico, former co-chair of Viante NM, and a University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame inductee. She has mentored for Fathers Building Futures and served Make-A-Wish New Mexico as both a volunteer and board member.
Outside of work, Deena is a devoted mom, dog lover, and avid runner.
Emily Allen
CofounderEmily is the Chief Executive Officer of Dekker, a multidisciplinary design firm where she leads the organization's vision, strategy, and culture. She has built her career at Dekker, growing through a variety of leadership roles before serving as Chief Financial Officer and now CEO.
She believes organizations succeed when people have a shared purpose, clear direction, and the opportunity to do their best work. Emily is actively involved in the New Mexico business and nonprofit community, serving in leadership roles that support economic development, education, and community impact.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking new recipes , and spending time with her husband and three boys.
