MEMBERSHIP

Roundtable NM meets once a month for a half day. Every session has two parts, and both are worth showing up for.

PART ONE: THE COUNCIL.

Each month, one member takes the floor. They share who they are, what their organization looks like right now, and where they are seeking guidance. The group listens, asks productive questions, and offers honest perspective. It is not a pitch. It is a real conversation among people committed to helping each other lead better. Members illuminate blind spots in each other and return the favor.

PART TWO: LEARNING.

Another member presents on a valuable skill or topic, something genuinely useful to the whole group. Think media training, building dashboards, navigating generational differences on a team, financial storytelling, or leading through change. Every session, you walk away sharper than when you arrived.

HOSTING ROTATES.

Members take turns hosting sessions. It keeps everyone invested, keeps the group feeling like a true community, and gives each member a chance to share their world with the people at the table.

ONCE A YEAR, WE RETREAT.

Members gather for an annual retreat, a chance to go deeper, slow down, and invest in the relationships that make this group work.

The space in-Between.

Something come up mid-month? Support isn’t bound by the time we are together. Resources + connection are available.
